SNMP SmartConnector
EcoStruxure Building Operation built in SNMP feature can be used to send out SNMP traps but not receive. The SNMP Listener SmartConnector enables EBO to receive SNMP traps. The solution consists of a SmartConnector and an EcoStruxure Web Services (EWS) endpoint. The SmartConnector creates a SNMP trap service listener to receive alarms and creates an EWS endpoint to turn these traps into EWS alarms for EBO to read.
