The connector polls the Microsoft Graph API at configured intervals to fetch conference room booking information and update its occupancy data, which is then synchronized with EcoStruxure Building Operation at desired intervals. This integration allows real-time monitoring of meeting room booking info, enabling efficient space management within the building management system.
