Introduction
The GuestCentrix Smart Connector Extension is a middleware application that enables communication between the GuestCentrix guest management system application with EcoStruxure Building Operation via EcoStruxure Web Services (EWS).
Features and Benefits
Each room in the GuestCentrix system is represented in the EcoStruxure Building Operation model of the associated hotel. Guest details are presented to EcoStruxure Building Operation in a Room by Room manner. These details include; Guest Name, Language, Check-in date, Check-out date and people in the room.
Guest Name
Represents the name of the lead guest in the room and is presented to EcoStruxure Building Operation in a string format. This can be used to program Touch Panels and Welcome Screens.
Language
Set a touchscreen to the guest’s local language to enhance their hotel room experience.
Check-In/Check-Out
Use the check-in and check-out date properties to set the room into setback mode for Energy Savings and to make the room welcoming upon guest arrival.

Occupancy
Gives a number that represents the number of people that have checked into a single room to determine room occupancy.
Supported Operating Systems
The following is a list of Operating Systems which the SmartConnector framework has been tested against. Non-listed operating systems capable of running .NET 4.5 should also work but their compatibility has not been verified.
Supported Database Servers
The following is a list of Microsoft SQL Servers which SmartConnector has been tested against. Non-listed servers compliant with Microsoft SQL Server may also work but their compatibility is not guaranteed.
